This issue is similar to Jesse Underwood dte 16 Dec 20; Add-ins are in Word associated with "NITRO" under COM add-ins not ACTIVE like Jesse's. Next, I had to go to the "mapped" locate once remoted in to remove the "NITRO" addin. Once done, Pop-Ups no longer appeared.
